Overview

Silent Killer 3D ("the Game") is a mobile arcade game developed by Joshua Worth. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our Game.

Information We Do NOT Collect

The Game does not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Location data
• Usage analytics of our own (we run no analytics service and no server)
• Photos, contacts, or other device data

Local Data Storage

The Game stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Game progress and high scores
• Game settings (audio preferences, display settings)
• Unlocked content and achievements

Progress and settings remain on your device. If you use platform services, scores and achievements are submitted as described below. You can delete local game data at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing the app's data through your device settings.

Third-Party Services

The Game integrates with the following optional platform services:

• Apple Game Center (iOS): If you choose to sign in, Game Center handles leaderboards and achievements according to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Games (Android): If you choose to sign in, Play Games handles leaderboards and achievements according to Google's Privacy Policy.

Using these services is entirely optional. The Game functions fully without signing into either platform.

Sharing and Support

If you choose Share Paycheck, the Game creates a score image and opens the device's share sheet. You choose whether and where to send it. Local diagnostic logs stay on the device unless you choose to provide them for support. If you contact us, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your request.

No Advertising or Tracking

Silent Killer 3D does not display ads, include advertising networks, access advertising identifiers or request permission to track you. There is no remove-ads purchase and no video requirement for reinstatement. The one-time app purchase is handled by the store; we do not receive your payment-card information.

This policy applies to Silent Killer 3D, a separate app from the original Silent Killer game.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
